 If we don't know the public key of a buddy (usually because it's a non-
 Sugar
 client) use the DBus object path for the invitation.
 Requires object path support in
 sugar.presence.presenceservice.PresenceService.get_buddy() (SL#1753).
 This change allows inviting non-Sugar clients to Chat.

 Queueing for 0.90 since it changes API. Please start review anyway.
