 Found by bertf: Cursor is smaller in Etoys if running with VNC instead of
 Xephyr. Once Etoys has been started, the cursor stays the same even after
 switching windows.

 I've also sometimes noticed minor visual artifacts, e.g. the Frame corners
 having a slightly different color than the Frame edges/"bars" (using raw
 encoding, full color, vnc4server 4.1.1+X4.3.0-35 on Debian squeeze).
