 How to reproduce:

 1. open a terminal (activity)
 2. `xranrd --output LVDS1 --mode 800x600` (or similar)
 3. observe Sugar's main windows in wrong size.

 We do already support RANDR for rotation, hopefully it shouldn't be too
 hard to support resize as well.

 Motivation for this is support for plugging projectors and external
 screens for presentations.
