 At least we can't do that on activity side, doing that somewhere out of
 activity is a different story..

 I was too optimistic for "on not havy loaded XO" :), at the end I've
 reduced AIML db by one third and add free memory check to not load db if
 there is not too much memory. These changes comes with newly released v19.
