 Replying to [ticket:2224 quozl]:
 > A corrupted mouse cursor image occurs if the right-hand touchpad or
 mouse button is clicked on the main canvas.  Clicking again restores the
 original cursor image.

 This is a drag to stack cursor, its documented in help but it confused me
 too
