 datastore.py:__update_index_cb()
 - better to include time.strptim() to try block since ctime wasn't
 implemented in sugar and we can't rely on activities that used it on
 theirs own

 datastore.py:create()
 - initiate creation_time by timestamp not by time.time()

 datastore.py:update()
 - initiate creation_time by timestamp not by time.time()
