 Reproduced by a 9 year old!!

 * Navigate to http://www.theteddyfactory.co.nz/shop/index.asp?Cat2=28
 * Click on any bear in the list, a popup window is opened in a new tab in
 browse
 * Click "close window now"
 * Browse will disappear
 * Restart Browse
 * A "browse failed to stop" error will be displayed and browse will not
 start

 Reproduced on os300py and os373pyg. Attached browse-crash.tar.gz log files
 from os373pyg
