 Browse will correctly add a png extension when uploading a screenshot but
 not if the journal already has a .extension in the entry
 Screenshot of "foo" uploads as screenshot of "foo".png
 but
 Screenshot of "foo.ta" uploads as screenshot of "foo.ta"
