Comment:

 carrott: will be useful to move
 os.makedirs(layoutmanager.get_instance().get_metadata_path(uid))
 to migrate_from_0() itself since all _migrate* functions need uid
 directory. Also, please prepare your patch w/ "git format-patch" command
 to preserve your authorship.
