 Brian Silverman and I discussed having a version of Turtle Art that is
 roughly the equivalent of the Java version he maintains. This is mostly a
 matter of editing the taconstants.py file recreate roughly the same
 palettes.

 The stickler is naming. We are considering using the name Turtle Art for
 the stripped down version and renaming the fully featured version Turtle
 Blocks.
