 Having two packages install files into the same Python package is
 confusing several tools, among them pylint (try running it on a not-
 installed copy of sugar-toolkit) and [http://bugs.debian.org/576270
 python-central].

 AFAICT the distinction between the two packages is artificial anyway, so
 we should just merge them (for 0.90+).
