 As discussed in http://lists.sugarlabs.org/archive/sugar-
 devel/2009-September/019311.html, we'd like to request the creation of a
 SoaS mailing list.

 soas at lists.sugarlab.org should work; public list, public archives, open to
 join (same settings as all non-SLOBs SL lists). Pick whoever you think
 would be good as an owner/moderator (or I'm happy to serve as one *very*
 temporarily until SoaS selects project leadership - which will definitely
 not be me - and then pass the admin privs on).
