 Launching sugar-emulator with default window settings opens an 800x600
 window, but the scaling of the icon size only allows room for 15 grid
 units (HIG spec is for 16). There should be space for 14 icons plus 2
 blanks at each end. But there's only space for 13 plus 2 blanks at each
 end (see attached screenshot):

 Note that the "Stop" button also appears to be falling into the overflow
 menu even though it should just fit.
