 I've been attaching some logs in tickets, and they are copied from Log,
 and then 'Kept' in the Journal.
 In its detailed view, the log shows as being a plain text file. When I
 choose to upload it to bugs.sugarlabs.org, I notice that it is uploaded as
 a .doc file, when it probably be as a .txt file in this case.
