 Can't find 100% way to reproduce it in 0.86 but some time Journal's window
 doesn't appear in activity list.

 In my mind in 0.84 we have the same issue when after sugar startup top
 window was Journal and not Home view.

 In my mind problem code is {{{gobject.idle_add(setup_journal_cb)}}} in
 sugar-session and ''active-window-changed'' callback when sugar switch
 zoom level to ZOOM_ACTIVITY in _update_zoom_level().
