Comment:

 FWIW, yes. It should match what ever logic is used to set the ownership
 color as seen in the Journal. If I resume an orange and blue Write journal
 entry (created by another user), or click on an orange and blue Write icon
 in the Neighbourhood, the toolbar activity icon should be in orange and
 blue (not my own user colors).
