 I'm summarizing a discussion from
 (http://lists.sugarlabs.org/archive/iaep/2009-September/008378.html):

 There is a need for more facile bug reporting by teachers and students. It
 was proposed that we add a toolbar item for bug reporting; a counter
 proposal is to enhance the bug-reporting facilities in Log (perhaps with
 an annotation field) and possibly create a journal entry with the log of
 failed activity launches.

 (Idle thought: maybe we should have a bug collector on every server to
 whom the Send To mechanism could be directed.)
