 If you close the first tab (Sugar Labs home page) the tab strip correctly
 disappears, but if you then  revisit a page that should spawn more tabs
 (i.e type in www.sugarlabs.org and click on the wiki link), you do not
 ever get to see the tab strip again. Closing the 2nd tab does not seem to
 have this bug, only closing the 1st tab causes this issue.
