 With both Turtle Art and Pippy (but not Write, Log, Terminal, or Physics)
 when resuming, it seems two versions of the activity are launched (the
 second one never completes launching and never seems to time out and it
 has a gray dot icon.)

 This is with the latest sugar-jhbuild on Ubuntu.
