 I am not sure why Sugar would have crashed. It is hard to see how Turtle
 Art could have caused it to crash. Can you look for the shell.log file?

 In regard to Turtle Art, could you please try downloading v72 from
 activities.sugarlabs.org and report back if the original problem still
 persists?
