 Same failure occurs trying to launch sliderule-5 from XO-1.5 build 46
 (with Sugar 0.84.7-1.fc11.6).  Same failure occurs trying to launch
 sliderule-5 from XO-1 build 802 (with Sugar 0.82.9-3).
