 Not sure if its a useful info who uploaded bundle to ASLO, there is a list
 of activity developers on activity page (http://activities.sugarlabs.org
 /en-US/sugar/addon/4230) and whoever uploaded new version, he did it on
 behalf of all activity developers.

 dates are available on versions history page, like
 http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/sugar/addons/versions/4230
