Comment:

 Fixed both Collapsible tables and divisions (!NavFrame) by overwriting the
 relevant sections of http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/MediaWiki:Common.js with
 the corresponding code from !MediaWiki and Wikipedia wikis.
