 - can you look (in the Sugar control panel) the version of Sugar you are
 using?
 - can you confirm for me the ouput on a registered SoaS, from Terminal.xo
 of the following commands...?

   gconftool-2 -g /desktop/sugar/backup_url
   gconftool-2 -g /desktop/sugar/soas_serial
