 Ok there seem to be some inconsistency here. When I boot and no battery is
 present, and plug the batery in after sugar is started the device is not
 added to the frame. And when I remove the battery when sugar is alreadzy
 running and plug it in again the message gets confused. One should look
 deeply at what hal is doing and then check the sugar code for all the
 possible cases. Let's just leave this ticket open for that - more info in
 #46.
