 Observed in Soas-200903051021.iso and Soas2-200903061846.iso

 Restart now on the My Settings panel and Restart on the Home XO panel
 share the same icon but perform different actions.

 Let's clarify the difference. Perhaps, the Restart X icon should have a
 screen box dressing.

 This is probably better than words and would be sufficient to hint of a
 difference.
