 Done, migrated to
 http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Translation_Team/i18n_Best_Practices and
 added a migrated to banner to w.lt.o.

 point to it from else where. BTW, I couldn't find a quick Activity
 translation gettext how to _("...") mark-up and generate pot file etc, on
 w.sl.o, sure there was a nice one on w.lt.o that we should migrate over as
 well.
