 OK, so that's all the base maps cleaned up and uploaded here (africa,
 asia, central_america, europe, middle_east, north_america, oceania,
 south_america, southeast_asia), along with copy-to-journal commands.
 Cleaning up the tag lists was this most time consuming step (duplicates,
 odd string breaks).
