 because these services are auto-activated by the dbus daemon and we set
 the env vars too late during startup.

 Instead of sourcing ~/.sugar/debug in bin/sugar, we should do it in
 whatever script launches dbus-session, before it does so.

 In SoaS this is in .Xclients.
