#923: Low volume in activities, or no volume

 In some activities the volume is very low, for example all of TamTam, the
 Speak face. I've put the volume at its max in sugar and in alsamixer. In
 some other activities it doesn't even sound, like in Etoys and Scratch.
 The mystery is that when recording an audio in Record, it does sounds
 normally, louder than all of the other activities at their best.
