 XOirc does not translate the "/me" command correcty. For instance, when
 logged in to IRC as 'username',

 {{{
 /me laughs
 }}}

 shows up as

 {{{
 laughs
ACTION laughs

 }}}

 instead of

 {{{
 username laughs
 }}}

 ...which is what it should be.
