 In SoaS Strawberry, I can add multiple language menus in Control
 Panel/Language. This would be excellent if I could set a language on each
 menu, and just click the menu showing the language I want to change to.
 However, this does not work. I have to change to some other language, not
 the one shown. So there is no advantage to having multiple menus.
