 Currently our BuildBot master (integrated with sugar-jhbuild) is started
 manually, so everytime sunjammer reboots we need to
 a) notice sunjammer has been rebooted (took 9 days this time) and
 b) start the master process again.

 I'd prefer this to be automated.
