 I do not understand what this sentence means:

 "This is the bug tracking system for Sugar and related projects. This wiki
 is used ONLY for bugtracking and documentation of itself, all Sugar
 collaboration occurs on http://sugarlabs.org/"

 Especially the "this wiki..." part is unclear to me and makes me think I
 should perhaps not file bugs here.
