 Testing joyride 2631 on XO-1, after using wget to manually download xo
 bundles in terminal, the sugar-install-bundle script fails to add
 activities to the home view (either list view or favourite view). Its
 bundle is correctly extracted into the ~/Activities directory. The
 activity appears in list view only after restarting sugar, but is not auto
 added to the favourite view (as it in current releases).
