 Testing an XO running joyride 2631, after using the CP (you just have to
 open and close it again), and then speed opening (right click) the XO home
 palette, the palette content is incorrectly vertically scrolled down so
 that there is some blank space at the top and a blank area at the bottom
 where 'Register' should go. Moving the cursor to the bottom blank causes
 the palette content to scroll-up showing the missing item.
