 I'd like to see this in a Sugar control panel.  I do this all the time on
 XO and it would be handy to avoid the command line.

 There is also the issue that if you switch to a keyboard layout that you
 don't know well, it would be nice to have a mouse driven way to "recover"
 your old layout, i.e. a control panel.

 It would be ideal if you could set up multiple languages to be swapped
 using the XO language key (or equivalent on a standard keyboard).
