#405: Insufficient feedback on pressing of Keep button in non-optimal viewing
conditions

Observed on XO and SoaS with LCD screens at a non-optimal viewing angle.

The brief graying of the Keep icon background is easily missed when the
liquid crystal display angle is tipped away from perpendicular to one's
line-of-sight or when there is glare on the screen.

This caused me to mistakenly hit the button repeatedly and resulted in
many excess copies in the Journal.

A brief, busy-cursor, in addition to the graying background, would be a
good visual solution, as the motion is a more noticeable event.
