 Unfortunately, that link discusses the concept of Virtual Appliances,
 where the virtual machine and the environment to run it are combined, it
 doesn't actually discuss how to do that, or if it is possible with
 virtualbox.

 It sounds like the best option, if it is possible, and we can find out how
 to accomplish it.
