Comment:

 Just re-tested on soas3.img (latest Sugar I can test) from marco, a simple
 ctrl-alt-erase to restart Sugar will fail to re-associate with an AP.
 Actually every AP in neighbourhood view start's to permanently pulse.
 Could be a distro issue, I don't know enough about the inner workings
 here.
