Yes, ideally in laptop.org would be only bugs specific to the OLPC
hw/distro and in sugarlabs.org the ones that are independent of the
platform. But downstream might also want to trac upstream bugs in their
own tracker.

Makes sense, though we are in string freeze so this may not make 0.84 :/
