 I recently migrated the IRC Activity (formerly XoIRC) to the SL Activity
 infrastructure. This ticket is to make sure that sugar-jhbuild points to
 the new repository (http://git.sugarlabs.org/projects/irc) as per
 http://sugarlabs.org/go/ActivityTeam/How_to_migrate_from_OLPC.
