 I was able to replicate the same error. I checked one of the forum topics
 and posted a test response that includes a file attachment and the error
 appeared briefly.  Initially, I thought it was just a write permission on
 the "moodledata" directory but when I checked it, it's correct.

 Also, this is not true to all postings.  I was able to post successfully
 with file attachments.

 Will investigate this further.
