 Still on joyride 2631 here, sorry if fixed in a recent release.

 When using an activities frame palette to stop a non-visible activity, the
 new title activity dialogue should bring the activity to the front if it's
 shown. Currently the frame palette stop can appear to the user as to have
 no effect, when really the Activity is just sitting waiting on user
 dialogue input.

 The alternative to brining the activity to the front, would be to only
 show the dialogue if the activity is currently visible - this second
 option might be good during shutdown/logout/restart (I'm not sure what
 happens just now if you have new, un-kept activities and try to shutdown).
