 I am continuing the translation for the language papiamento (pap). Can you
 promote me to admin for all projects for the language pap, please?
 I am listed in the OLPC Wiki as admin/contact for the language PAP.

 I am planning to set up a translation team and want to be able to manage
 the projects for pap for my team.

 I am not sure but I used to have privilege permission before the migration
 of the Pootle server of olpc to the sugerlabs server. (?)
