 You should probably use something like .Sugar.Ft or something.

 Which Gabble are you using? The final ContactCapabilities API is
 implemented only in Gabble 0.9.x. 0.8.x doesn't support it (it implements
 an old draft actually) but that should be fine as long it hasn't been
 build with --disable-assumed-ft-cap which would break Empathy 2.28.x so I
 guess Fedora won't do it for now.
