 Although it is quite simple, the user interface for Analyze should still
 be set up for localization.

 First steps:

 Create po directory in top level of git repo and deposit POT file

 Make user:pootle a committer.

 Set up Trac component "Analyze" to be able to tag bugs filed against
 Analyze.
