 We have spotted that my recent patch to make Activity.__init__ set font
 sizes has caused some small changes in the toolbars, including the
 rightmost element being pushed off the screen sometimes.

 This can be solved by applying the font settings earlier. And we'll
 hopefully be able to remove this code in not-too-long if Sayamindu brings
 us an xsettings implementation for christmas ;)
