 Initial set up of lang-tvl in Pootle has been performed.

 http://translate.sugarlabs.org/tvl/

 However, it is using default/guesses at number of plural forms (n=2) and
 plural equations (n > 1).  More accurate and detailed information is
 needed.

 Terminology, Glucose, Fructose, Honey projects added.  Need to know if
 older versions of Sugar will be used (e.g. 0.82).

 Need to assign language administrator(s).
