 This is my understanding of what it's needed, but right now it fails for
 both connection managers with a:

 KeyError:
 'org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Connection.Interface.ContactCapabilities'

 Can investigate further tomorrow, but would be nice if someone could give
 it a look and say if something obvious is wrong there.
